Take a break in these epic red chair spots
In 2011, team members at Gros Morne National Park placed 18 sets of red Adirondack chairs in stunning but lesser-known locations around the park, challenging visitors to find them and share their adventures on social media. Four years later, Lisa Pinksen and heart-attack survivor Junior Pinksen, became the first to find all 18 sets, winning their very own set. Their adventures were epic!
Today, our iconic red chairs can be found in spectacular locations in almost all Parks Canada locations. Those chairs have seen it all! Exhausted hikers looking for a place to rest their feet. Date nights. Engagements. Helicopter drops. Visits from furry friends (both canine and other).
Make red chairs part of your story and be sure to #ShareTheChair!
